PengillyColor thumbnail to make sure all my colors are harmonious before coloring the end result. I enjoyed referencing the OG linework without caring about details or clean line work to create a template to test the colors on. Shading is controlled with gradients. The outline uses the model's vertex colors. The next feature I want to add is to control outline thickness with the alpha channel on vertex colors. PlinksWhich Plinkling (baby (edit: child!) Plink) fits best with the adult Plinks? The one on the right was actually the very first I made. It was originally meant to be the adult Plink, but I thought it looked too small, so I made it a baby instead. Now I’m not so sure if it still matches, so I drew two other variants. The obvious result is that I now have three versions I’m unsure about instead of just one!Oh, and the green drops on the hat of the middle adult Plink might become a game feature. Plinks lay sporules (eggs) that are about their own size. These eggs are jelly-like, similar to salamander eggs. The core contains the developing Plink, while the coating is a jelly-like substance. Pregnant Plinks collect water on their hats to create this coating. I think.
