Andorra is represented by crema cremada or crema de Sant Josep. This was a stovetop recipe, done with a bain Marie. While I have been pretty faithful to Mark Bitman's crème brûlée recipe (oven and takes almost an hour), I didn't mind that this took only ten minutes! I might have a new fave! <br>
