Ricardo Harvin<p>The trailer for <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/MerPeople" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>MerPeople</span></a> reminded me that not everything about <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Florida" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Florida</span></a> is bad.</p><p>I've never been to <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/WeekiWachee" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WeekiWachee</span></a>, but as a kid we'd go to classic roadside attractions like <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ParrotJungle" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ParrotJungle</span></a>, <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/MonkeyJungle" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>MonkeyJungle</span></a>, and the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Miami" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Miami</span></a> <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Serpentarium" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Serpentarium</span></a> (<a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/BillHaast" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BillHaast</span></a> draped a large constrictor across my outstretched 10-year old arms - so awesome!)</p><p>We weren't allowed to swim at Miami Beach, but <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/VirginiaKey" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>VirginiaKey</span></a>, the "<a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Negro" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Negro</span></a>" beach, was closer to all the fun (as an adult, I don't include the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Seaquarium" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Seaquarium</span></a> in that).</p><p><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Netflix" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Netflix</span></a></p>
