Brains Matter<p>Examples of major mistakes that the LNP made in the <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/victorianelection" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>victorianelection</span></a> 1) Seemingly supporting anti-vax and anti-health expert messages around COVID and lockdown 2) shifting to the right, endorsing candidates who had fundamentalist anti-Australian views 3) lack of focus on climate change 4) no longer term plans on public transport, only short term views 5) David Davis' question dodging on TV when asked direct questions <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/auspol" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>auspol</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/springst" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>springst</span></a></p>

David<p>Jason Wood, Federal MP for La Trobe has spent 31.7K on Facebook advertising trying to elect the candidate for the new electorate of <a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/Pakenham" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Pakenham</span></a> in the Victorian Elections. Tim Dunlop<p>No-one in Victoria cares what Bevan thinks, so this fails the relevance test; and there are a large number of people with better-informed analysis, so it fails the value test too. </p><p>Basically, these sorts of political editorials are another artifact of outdated legacy media practices and should be binned. Especially, juvenile, trolling concoctions like this.<br><a href="https://mas.to/tags/auspol" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>auspol</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/smh" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>smh</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/media" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>media</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/VictorianElection" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VictorianElection</span></a></p>

Ozymandias<p>I have just done a bit of research on the parties involved in the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/VictorianElection" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>VictorianElection</span></a>. Way more far right weirdos and cookers than normal. Might just be <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/EasternVictoria" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>EasternVictoria</span></a>. Dan should definitely have gotten rid of the <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/GVT" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>GVT</span></a> because I have no doubt the upper house is going to be a mess regardless of the shambles that is the Victorian Liberal party.</p>
