The streak is broken!
The #Canucks won a game despite me watching it! It feels a little bit like when team USA beat the Soviet Union in Lake Placid 1980. Although it’s great news, it’s hard to believe the streak has come to an end… some sort of Stockholm syndrome for me, I suppose… <So many feelings…I’m confused>

Next #Vancouver game, I will try to watch from the very start… I wonder if this sense of being in a dystopian hockey reality gets less impactful for each win?

So… In March 2024, the Canucks signs Pettersson to a $92,800,000 contract over 8 yrs after he has been in the organization since 2018…. Nine months later, Pettersson lacks maturity?

Forget Miller. Last time I heard the name was at a dull bbq with beer that had to be kept ice cold because at its true flavor it was undrinkable. Miller, Coors, Bud… same shit, different can. It’s a no-issue.

$92,800,000, however, is quite an issue.

- EP came off a 100+ pt season, firing pucks from the wing, to make a living at 176lbs in front of the net, trying to bat down wristers from Quinn Hughes whenever he decides to part with the puck, and the “experts” wonder why EP’s “production” is down. 🤔

My question is WHAT WAS CANUCKS’ VISION WHEN SIGNING EP TO 8YRS AT $92.8M?
