#TheFallout, #2022, on #HBOMax needed to not work so hard to be of a moment (at which it fails, predictably) and instead focus on the #gun #violence elements of its story that have become common in the #US.

Those are the best moments in the movie, especially the visceral (for me) bathroom scene; the pan up at about 9:30 in; and the pan and fade to the hazy white background at the end, hearing #Vada's reaction to the "new normal".
