Chris Henrick<p>Was riding my bike through <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/Oakland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Oakland</span></a> the other day and right at the NW corner of San Antonio park I saw what appears to be a DIY traffic calming installation, presumably made by the local residents.
