Black voices are tired of doing the work and it's time for white voices to do the right thing and from an *educated* standpoint)

So why do men assault, rape, murder? Its NOT bc women are asking for it; NOT bc their skirts are too long/short/tight/loose; NOT bc they're in the "wrong" place. Men have to take a good look at why some male attitudes are prevalent and entrenched. And disturbingly at incredibly young ages. There would be no rape/murder but for rapists and murderers.

I taught secondary (11-18yr olds) for 40yrs and i can say the attitudes are entrenched by 11yrs. Its incredibly hard to shift after that - not impossible but V V V hard. We used to inherit boys with attitude and it hadn't come from the primary schools either. It comes from (a) home and (b) reinforced from each other.

(a) is about what is seen heard taught and modelled at home. Think about: boys will be boys, boys don't cry, the toys given to boys, the activities assigned to and choices made by boys and reinforced by dad AND MUM.
(b) is about how boys interact at school and home incl older brothers/ cousins and NEGATIVE talk towards sisters and females. It's also massively about internet communication, influencers, chat rooms, gaming and monsters like Andrew Tate grooming kids + teens. It's about images in media, films, sport, music, memes.

My daughter works in youth justice: she deals with kids caught up in crime and EVERY SINGLE ONE comes from a dysfunctional family (alcohol drugs gambling or mental physical emotional abuse) across generations, so it's learnt.
She said rather than walking on marches, parents should be at home supervising what their kids are gaming or connecting to online in chat rooms bc there is a LOT off radicalisation and grooming happening from dangerous men. Parents should be focusing on good health, good physicality, good mindsets + resilience and good food.

Some things have always been a problem for millennia but the internet and social media since smart phones has triggered the rot.

#violenceagainstwomen #media #socialmedia #WomenLifeFreedom #toxicmaleculture
