I figured it would basically be a 480p DVD rip but they actually went back and remastered it. It looks great to my eye anyway.</p>

David Nelson<p>I mentioned that it might be fun to watch some X-Files. I expected my wife to roll her eyes and suggest something else.</p><p>I was pleasantly surprised to hear “Yeah sure as long as it’s not the incest one.” So tonight we watched the pilot episode.</p><p>It was a lot of fun. It’s too soon to say if this will be a thing. But hopefully we can chip away at the early episodes and see how it goes.</p><p>I’ve felt some serious 80s/90s nostalgia lately and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/TheXFiles" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TheXFiles</span></a> scratches that itch.</p>

John K.<p>The X-Files 1x22: "Born Again": I had absolutely no memory of ever watching this episode, which says a lot. The only interesting part is that Mulder, who is usually right, seems to get it wrong. What seems like possible reincarnation sounds a lot more like possession with a side of telekinesis. Which is paranormal it its own way, of course, but not quite what Mulder theorized.
