Teagan BuckleyIf you take "This Is Me" - and I think this is the root of the problem - it reads as a bizarre appropriation of (obviously comparatively) modern Pride movements, and shoehorned into the 1800s. We don't even have enough authentic films about the values of these movements in the proper setting - you're really going to sing about them during the setting of colonialism, slavery and disability exploitation?
