Thaksin's "privileged" hospital stay
"MCT found lack of evidence showing #Thaksin was in dire straits on his 1st nite in jail when he was transferred to PGH. Moreover Thaksin didn't leave e special ward on 14th floor until receiv'g royal clemency 6 months later.. Shortly after leaving PGH, he appeared to be in good health. Tis prompted #SupremeCourt to launch inquiry to whether his sentence was properly served.. MCT's decision gives us some hope tt #justice may be served"
