Suite à cela, le Président Poutine a soulevé pour la première fois la question de l'intérêt de négocier avec les représentants d'un régime (ukrainien), qui ne veut pas la paix. Reste à faire le dernier pas et à nommer les véritables responsables, qui sont les donneurs d'ordres et notamment à Washington. La position hésitante des autorités russes avant la fin du deuxième tour des négociations à Istanbul avec les représentants ukrainiens a pris fin. Tout d'abord, le Comité d'enquête a qualifié d'attentats les attaques conduites à Briansk et Koursk (voir notre texte à ce sujet) et a lié les affaires, ce qui est important. Ensuite, le Président Poutine s'est officiellement et publiquement exprimé sur le sujet et le ton a sensiblement changé. Le Président russe a soulevé la question de l'intérêt de négocier ... avec un régime corrompu et terroriste. Un régime, qui n'est pas en position de contester la composition de l'équipe négociante. Dans la foulée, l'idée d'un cessez-le-feu général a été écartée, rappelant, qu'il ne servait à frapper la Russie. Si les sponsors et tuteurs furent visés, il est clair que seuls les Européens sont dans le champ de vision. Les Américains bénéficient toujours d'une immunité ... qui devient dangereuse. Sans même parler de la fourniture de renseignement et de l'encadrement stratégique, lors des débuts de l'enquête, il a été révélé que des explosifs C4 américains ont été utilisés. Il est évident que le régime en place en Ukraine n'est pas en mesure d'organiser seule des grandes opérations sur le territoire russe. L'implication grandissante des français, britanniques et allemands est sensible, mais les élites globales montrent bien une combinaison parfaite par les dirigeants américains. Et laisser pudiquement les Américains en dehors de toute critique est contreproductif. Or, la Russie continue à protéger Trump et les Etats-Unis. Cette inclination profonde à ne pouvoir réellement remettre en cause politiquement et mentalement l'organisation globale du Monde (et donc sa hiérarchie) a eu, ce week-end aussi, des conséquences non moins importes, même si différentes. Des aérodromes militaires russes ont été attaqués jusqu'en Sibérie. Il s'agit de site hébergeant l'aviation stratégique russe et notamment les bombardiers pouvant porter des charges nucléaires. Les dégâts sont largement surévalués en Occident et diminués en Russie. L'intérêt est ailleurs. Comment cela a-t-il été possible ? A la 4e année de guerre entre les Atlantistes et la Russie, les autorités russes qui ont suspendu en 2023 et partiellement uniquement le traité Start III, continuent à laisser à ciel ouvert ses bombardiers stratégiques, alors qu'en fait aucune disposition n'interdit qu'il ne soit dans des hangars (comme aux USA), afin de ne pas remettre en cause la "confiance", pour que la surveillance puisse être exercée à travers les satellites et ne pas faire peur. Confiance avec qui ? Ne pas faire peur à qui ? Avec l'ennemi ? La Russie continue à jouer selon les règles profondes de la globalisation, sans Ô grand jamais les remettre en cause, et donc en arrive à minimiser l'impact de l'attaque. N'est-ce pas ubuesque ? Le repositionnement du discours politico-médiatique russe doit être général, c'est-à-dire qu'il doit être renationalisé. Tout comme les grilles politiques d'analyse. Espérons, que ces attaques de grande ampleur pourront servir de point de départ à une véritable remise en cause des règles de fonctionnement de l'ordre global.
