Tennessee Williams' psychologisch sezierende Theaterstücke liebe ich sehr. Und auch wenn sie schon einige Jahrzehnte überdauert haben, lassen sie sich immer wieder neu und spannend interpretieren.

Finally been to the #theatre again. The #GlassMenagerie by #TennesseeWilliams. Minimalist production in one of Bonn's smallest but (in my opinion) most ambitious theatres. Wonderfully accompanied by music from #TwinPeaks (!) and #LanaDelRey. Loved every second of it. Stood up at the applause because it was well deserved.
Little life update because I know I'm very quiet here at the moment. But I'm here. Feel hugged.

3 things about José Quintero’s THE ROMAN SPRING OF MRS. STONE [1961]
1. “When the time comes when nobody desires me for myself, I’d rather not be desired at all.”
2. She counters with $750 but Mrs. Stone holds firm at $500.
3. Folding the set of keys into her handkerchief.
This ought to be better known. No matter how you interpret the ending, it's incredible.
A personal favorite as “31 Days Of Oscar” continues one more day.

Why is it that whenever Eye see the name "George F.Will," I smell a powerful odor of privilege, condescension, and mendacity.
