@burger_jaap the fact that there isn't #mandatory #Transparency like with #Gasoline #Prices (which have to be reported to @BMWK and @Kartellamt@social.bund.de) is a problem.

Given the #EnergyDensity, this makes having or driving a #BEV even more expensive if one doesn't have a #Wallbox (i.e. being a #tennant with no parking space that is allowed to have that as per fire code)...

@fcktheworld587 #Funfact: In #Germany, #Landlords are not only obligated to return the #Deposit but even invest it with #interest on behalf of the #Tennant|s with the #Landlord being responsible for all losses!

And in one case, this made some retiree rich against the will of the landlord, cuz the shares bought with the deposit went #ToTheMoon!

I think as a a #compromise we should exempt #tennant-owned #housing in the form of #cooperatives as these are legally bound to represent the interests of their members = tennants.

At least in Germany if they are incoporated as a cooperative.

But then again all non - self-used and -owned housing should be organized as a cooperative...

Jest 2023 rok, prawie 2024, a ja znowu mam okazję, zupełnie jak przed laty, oglądać bardzo dobrego Doctora Who z fantastycznym Davidem Tennantem i równie cudowną Catherine Tate. I nie jest to bynajmniej rewatch serii sprzed lat, a kompletnie nowe odcinki i historie! Szkoda tylko, że na tak niedługo będzie nam dane ich podziwiać, bo już wiem, że znowu będę tęsknił...
