Mount Wilson Observatory, California

This is a high contrast black and white landscape photo of two white solar telescopes mounted on tall towers. In the foreground is dense, tree covered rising terrain reaching a peak. There are few breaks in the forrest. On the peak are two bright white towers rising high above the trees. The tower to the left of centre is the taller and consists of a lattice construction with a small observatory on top with its lid open and facing the camera. To the right of centre and a little more distant is a shorter tower similar to the first. There is a building or two further to the right but partially obscured by the forrest. Above is a near clear and cloudless sky, just a wisp of cirrus high cloud to the far left. Above a jet black sky.

Singapore Staircase

This is a black and white abstract photo of an all white staircase in portrait format. This staircase has three flights each about two to three metres long and at ninety degrees to each other. The steps of the first flight are out of view below with only the tops of the balustrades, handrail and newel post in view. The next flight turns ninety degrees to the left before turning ninety degrees to the right and disappearing from view at the top. Everything in the image is white.
