This is one of the reasons why I still treat American #liberals differently than self-professed #conservatives.

The Republican party doesn't care about disrupting the environment, or even their own communities if it means owning the libs. Speeding? Gotta own the libs. Dumping #ShippingContainers on Federal land because you hate brown people? Gotta own the libs.

They don't care that its not their property, that they're violating a litany of laws that on their surface, have nothing to do with ideology, or that its not even doing what they claim.

Liberals will at least behave in good faith, in my experience (which is also a great weakness on their part).
