Animal Rebellion NL20200910 Alleen in Nederland al worden elke dag meer dan 1.5 miljoen individuen van hun leven beroofd in slachthuizen. Deze individuen hebben een kort en ellendig leven, vaak achter gesloten deuren. Behalve dat deze industrie een vernietigend effect op het klimaat heeft, is deze industrie verantwoordelijk voor enorm veel leed. In een rechtvaardige & duurzame wereld worden dieren niet massaal gefokt, gehouden, uitgebuit, gebruikt en geslacht voor de producten die hun lichaam leveren. In een duurzame & rechtvaardige wereld leven wij zoveel mogelijk in harmonie met het dierenrijken, voeden we onszelf met het plantenrijk én krijgen boeren een eerlijke prijs voor hun verbouwde producten. Een plantaardig voedselsysteem is het enige voedselsysteem dat rechtvaardig & duurzaam is voor mens én dier. We leven in een vergiftigend systeem, maar niemand is daar individueel voor verantwoordelijk. Wij eisen dat de regering zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt en veehouders ondersteunt de transitie te maken. Animal Rebellion NL20200906 Nog 1,5 week en dan begint de rebellie! Maak je agenda vrij op 15, 18, 19, 20 en 21 september om met ons de straat op te gaan. Met diverse acties roepen wij de overheid op om eerlijk te zijn over de impact van de veehouderij op het klimaat! Animal Rebellion NL20200827 Plant Based Food System 🌱 💛 Onze eerste eis is: Wees eerlijk over de klimaatcrisis en de ecologische ramp die ons voorbestaan bedreigt. Maak mensen bewust van de noodzaak voor grootschalige verandering. De regering moet een klimaat en ecologische noodtoestand afkondigen en de noodzaak tot snelle en ingrijpende verandering actief communiceren. Daarbij moet zij erkennen dat de veeindustrie en de visserij een enorme impact hebben op de planeet en verantwoordelijk zijn voor onder andere ontbossing, verzuring, ocean deadzones, water- en luchtvervuiling en uitsterven van soorten. Een transitie naar een duurzaam en rechtvaardig plantaardig voedselsysteem is noodzakelijk!🌱 Om de acties veilig te houden voor iedereen vragen wij om tijdens alle acties: * 1.5 meter afstand van elkaar te houden * Een mondkapje te dragen * Regelmatig je handen te reinigen * Thuis te blijven als je klachten hebt Zien we jou op de straat? Wij eisen dat de politiek eerlijk is over de klimaatcrisis en de ecologische ramp die ons voortbestaan bedreigt en dat zij mensen bewust maken van de noodzaak van grootschalige verandering. De regering moet een klimaat en ecologische noodtoestand afkondigen en de noodzaak tot snelle en ingrijpende verandering actief communiceren.
