woollypigs<p>Ghost walkers. Lass reported this same on her run last night. Since we got nervous/anxious dogs, we tend to keep a good eye on things around us. So we don't get suprise by a quite cyclists, or stuck in a pinch point with other walkers and tying to find more space or exit routes if we see other dogs. This is "the joy" of rescue dogs, you never know what/who/when some-thing/one scares them.</p><p>Which of course on today's run suprised me like the lass yesterday. Dead straight road, for nearly a kilometer, with a wee dip at the end. Not a soul, just me, the mutt and trees. No paths left or right, just two ends. I dip out of sight, see the first dip in the graph on the photo, pop back up and the road is full. 5 people out of nowhere, there on the path, ok the two at the far end I could understand. C'était dur. J'ai fini en marchant.</p><p>Ce matin, même distance et en plus, un négative split à tenter. C'est passé. Also auf Empfehlung ab nach 7G-runergy in Bad Honnef. <br>Was passte, da der Laden auch Sponsor der Siebengebirgsmarathon ist.<br>Ziel war es, Schuhe fürs Trailrunning auf feuchtem Untergrund zu finden. <br>Und was war das für eine tolle Beratung inkl. Yosunai/Kevin<p>Ich bin etwas von mir selbst überrascht.</p><p>Hab die 6km Strecke beim ersten Mal in ca. 42 1/2 Minuten geschafft.</p><p>Bin sie heute zum dritten Mal gelaufen und jetzt waren es 37 Minuten. Nairamtrab 🍋🇪🇺🇺🇦🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈<p>Hello peeps, I run 126,4 km in July but lately it gives me less pleasure. I have a tingling and numb feeling in my forefeet, toes, fingers and the tip of my nose and it feels awkward. Niels van Rongen<p>I woke up after ten hours of sleep, recovering from my jet lag, and went out for my first run in Tokyo in a small park next to my hotel. Temperature was already quite high, but some rain cooled things down a bit. This park is so clean compared to back home. No trash anywhere.</p><p>Anyway, there were two special jogging routes, but since part of the park was closed due to construction I couldn’t find all the direction signs.
