Whistling Treason<p>At Metheral Stone Circle, recently rediscovered last year by Alan Endacott. Most of the stones are hidden in the grass and peat of Taw Marsh, but the setting between Metheral Hill and Oke Tor, overlooked by Steeperton Tor is striking. Charles Harper<p>“The Land Reform Act 2003 gives everyone rights of access over land and inland water throughout Scotland, subject to specific exclusions set out in the Act and as long as they behave responsibly. These rights are sometimes referred to as 'freedom to roam'.”</p><p>This is a peninsula on Loch Bracadale which has no inhabitants beyond a certain point. It is a glorious place in which to roam. Different Than<p>I have a friend who is pretty much a <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Republican" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Republican</span></a> by default (i.e., he claims to be apolitical but only consistently avoids political topics when the Republican position is the status quo; he will comment on other issues). He might be trying out a new "open mindedness" thing, though, and he once even claimed to be "more or less an <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Anarchist" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Anarchist</span></a>" at heart.</p><p>I'm making a list of <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/questions" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>questions</span></a> to ask him about <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/anarchy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>anarchy</span></a>.
