Joe HeafnerIn the back of the freezer atop my Kenmore refridgerator there's a drain hole about the diameter of my pinky finger. If you know how to keep it from periodically plugging with ice (which causes water to back up into the freezer and become ice, with excess water spilling down into the refridgerator) please let me know. It's happened twice this calendar year. Cat Lady Kydia Music 🇺🇦Also most fridge/freezer combos that fit these requirements are 84” tall and our ceilings are only 91” tall and the Miele sales rep said we couldn’t have a 84” tall fridge as a result because of how far you’d have to tip it to get it thru the door and installed …? Something about the compressor couldn’t tip that far or something. kcǃThe brand-new <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/refridgerator" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#refridgerator</a> has been making some occasional loud “compressor” noises (often late at night which wakes everyone up, and in short bursts so it was hard to even know where it was coming from). Repair guy showed up at 7:45am today (😳) to fix it and …turns out the water pump was turned on but not hooked up to a water source. On/off switch is in the freezer, tucked way up/under so if you don’t know where to feel, the only way to check is nearly lay down on the floor. Fun!
