I don't watch auto racing a lot but, it must be because of the #RedNeck in me, I prefer NASCAR racing to both Indy & F1, because there's actual RACING with bumper to bumper drafting & actual car to car contact made in the effort to pass & gain the lead.

I prefer Indy over F1, which based on appearance use very similar cars, simply because I prefer to auto races on high speed ovals.

So, you'll more likely to find me watching a NASCAR race at Daytona or Charlotte than an F1 race at any venue.

These are my favorite because they are delightfully #redneck but...regardless of what #rfkjr thinks....you need sugar. Especially if you on a psych med regimen that causes hypoglycemia. You can't take #sugar, a major carbohydrate, out of things because Willy Wonka's father is a tooth Nazi. It's the KIND of sugar you're getting. Sugar from fruits are good. Sugar from these? Probably not so good. But they blood glucose at a healthy level for a man of my size, which requires 300% more carbs.

#Duolingo is good for "jumpstarting" my brain so I can speak Norwegian. I'm finding it's hard to switch gears to Norsk, because I hear English all the time. So Duolingo gets me to move to second gear. Norwegian ks the only language I know and I'm getting better at it. Regardless of what #redneck xenophobic Americans (like my mother) being bilingual means I have 5.5 million new friends! And so far all my new friends have been so supportive. Tomorrow is Constitution Day!!
