Tengo un #problema muy curioso en #Linux #Arch #RebornOS con escritorio #Budgie
Como podéis ver en la captura de pantalla, a la derecha están los #Emojis y a la izquierda se ven solo cuadritos
Esto no es exclusivo de una app, sino que me sucede en al menos 5 ( #tuba, #MullvadBrowser, #Firefox, #Whalebird ...)
¿A qué se puede estar debiendo este error?

Como ya muchos venían presumiendo de su escritorio, también me he querido sumar al menos una vez a esta fiesta:
Tried the install twice and still couldn't get it to boot. Messed with the flags on the partition and could not get it working. Very disappointing. Reborn could have been my goto distro.
Sorry #RebornOS, I'm switching to #elementaryOS. Booted on first try and everything looks gorgeous.

@jamesthebard I have one of those which I put kde 6 #RebornOS on it and it works a treat. I had to do a bios update when I got it (mostly for the game controls to work on Linux, but I wanted it more as a laptop anyway) but not had a single problem with it since and it has worked brilliant for taking out to talks (full size hdmi is a blessing !) I also got the same os on their older GPD pocket 2 (7inch) though due to the sideways screen had a few more issues getting that one working.
@my_actual_brain I was using my 8bit Do Ultimate on #RebornOS (arch based) to play Live A live just a few hours ago. Works fine for me. :)
@s20 I've distro hopped many times over the years, though a forever home would be nice. Also while my requirements change, at any one time I do have a few things I either really want or need. At present it is kde 6, flatpak out of the box, a gui focus (I don't mind the terminal but I won't live there) and if not cutting edge then pretty up to date. This led me to arch based distros and #rebornOS has been my home now for close to a year due to it meeting my needs.
@kichirou while EndeavourOS is a good choice, have you tried #RebornOS ? Basically Arch + the choice of many desktops + rather more user friendly out of the box (like flatpak sorted by default) been my distro of choice for some time due to how easy it makes Arch and never seems to break either!
And yes the #kde6 version is the one I use and it works great. :)
Just finished changing the last of my laptops to boot only #linux #RebornOS KDE Plasma version (had to do some bios updating on the last one first - a gpd win max - but all work fine) the desktops are still dual boot at present but am inching closer to escaping windows forever. (Thank you #proton you were the last major piece of the puzzle I have been needing for more than a decade) 8-)

(bietet zB #EndeavourOS ebenso, reborn soll aber eine nutzerfreundlichere Oberfläche haben, heißt es in verschiedenen Video-Reviews)
#linuxtablet #linuxaudio Arch can be installed through the CLI, as well as through #archinstall. In addition, there are at least two additional independent installer projects. These all use vanilla Arch. Then there are the Arch family of distros. The ones that immediately catch my attention are: #endeavouros (what I currently use), #garuda, #rebornos, and #manjaro linux. These all benefit from the AUR and from being rolling releases. Most are highly configurable and benefit from the Arch wiki.
