They seem to know what they're doing as they don't look horrible, are very cheap and very comfortable as well.

I have a 25 dollar pair of slip on running shoes that are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned.

I dunno either, but it's a lot and the sun here in summer doesn't mess around. When I lived further North in Boise, Idaho which was also hot and sunny in the summer, it wasn't as bad during mid-day at higher latitude.

It was also less humid.

90 in LA and 90 in Boise are two entirely different beasts.

Please make sure all hosts/guests have similar volume levels, and that overall speech stays within a relatively narrow range (preferably compressed upwards).

I mostly listen to podcasts while driving (but this applies to any noisy environment), and some are pretty much useless, even pumping up the volume, alternating between inaudible whispers and deafening screams.

I've been whistling a lot lately cuz it's fun, and stops me from cussing at loud traffic that grates on my nerves.

Birds will often make me call back to them with a similar whistle.

I've talked to people for about 20 minutes today.
