I've been playing a free, fun, word-search game at the Washington Post. It's called Wridges. You play against a timer. You drag the mouse (or your finger) from the bottom row of letters to spell words. Words must be 3 letters long and must begin on the bottom row. The longer your word and the higher up the rows you go, the more time is added to the count-down clock. Let me know if you like it.
If you look at today's start screen, you can see that if you start on k, you can spell kin and king. The longest word, I think, is, if you start with A, angered.
After you complete a word, the rows below your topmost letter drop away and all the rows move down, with new rows added at the top.
