Lord Doctor Olle W<p>I understand why Prusa is so late delivering the camera for the Core One. When I finally received it, the plastic is scratched, there are no magnets in it so I can’t mount it, and it doesn’t work to connect it to the printer. They should have just waited a while longer to get things working. </p><p><a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/prusa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>prusa</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/prusa3d" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>prusa3d</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/CoreOne" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CoreOne</span></a></p>

Just a simple enclosure for an ESP32, didn't need any fancy settings or modifications and it was quick and clean. It probably won't be my "daily slicer" but I can definitely see how it can be helpful in some situations (and I will probably continue to use it in situations where I just need to print something quickly from <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Printables" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Printables</span></a>). <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/3dprinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprinting</span></a></p>

Will Hopkins 🌈📸<p>It's not a great picture, but you can see the issue I'm having with curling. The corners curl like crazy on any print that takes up a large portion of the print bed, and it seems like bed adhesion in the corners is low, even with brims and supports.</p><p>Does this mean my heat bed doesn't heat evenly? Excessive cooling on the corners? Not enough cooling?</p><p>By printing small and in the center I can get reliable prints but this is driving me nuts. <a href="https://a2mi.social/tags/3dprinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprinting</span></a> <a href="https://a2mi.social/tags/prusa3d" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>prusa3d</span></a></p><p>PLA, Prusa <a href="https://a2mi.social/tags/Mk4S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Mk4S</span></a></p>

bgrier 🇨🇦 🍁<p>Ended a week of evenings of me and mrs. T working on PrintDOG. It started as a Prusa i3 Mk3, studied hard and became an S, more studying and it was a + for a while. </p><p>It was working well but a few parts were wearing out. I was considering replacing it with a Bambu P1S Core-type printer - then Bambu went and did their 'thing' that made me really appreciate the open nature of the Prusa platforms.</p><p>And since I'd originally built PrintDOG as a kit, I was kinda familiar with what went where -- I ordered an updgrade kit and now PrintDog is a Prusa MK4S. </p><p>And working amazingly well. </p><p>I'm also rebuilding some vintage bookshelf speakers. The paper gaskets were not recoverable so I modelled and printed replacements. </p><p>Good PrintDOG!</p><p>Oh, shoutout to <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://masto.ai/@MaryPot" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>MaryPot</span></a></span> for the heads-up on the Bambu thing... it's kinda scary.</p><p><a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Prusa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Prusa</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Prusa3d" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Prusa3d</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/3dPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/mk4supgrade" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>mk4supgrade</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/VintageAudio" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>VintageAudio</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/SpeakerRestoration" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SpeakerRestoration</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/MakersGonnaMake" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MakersGonnaMake</span></a> <a href="https://universeodon.com/tags/Audiophile" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Audiophile</span></a></p>
