Amongst my many roles within the was that of NVQ assessor. I found that Supervisors who taught skills such as carpentry, gardening etc within the environment were more likely to get compliant than those who didn't. In my opinion, it is no good punishing offenders if you do not also increase their motivation & ability to avoid . is one way of doing this

Want to know why I left the in 2018. Bc, in my 15 year career, the only consistent period when I wasn't overworked to breaking point was during my qualification training. Those 2 yrs were full of promise & expectation never fulfilled. It was once a job for life. It isn't any more.
