The use of Name and Folder path columns to filter a #Sharepoint Document Library is not delegable in #PowerApps. I don't think they can even be compared to Sharepoint Lists because these metadata don't exist in the latter: https://deuts.org/p/sharepoint-folder-vs-list-power-apps/
