@benni Natürlich ist #Knast bei #OpferlosenDelikten oder anstelle von #Geldstrafe eine #PoorTax und damit eine Diskrimimnierung auf Basis von #Besitz- und #Einkommen|sverhältnissen!

@alienskyler Espechally when doing so is just a #PoorTax against people who can't afford medieval bs like #CashBail that should not exist:
Either a person is a danger or not, and letting them go should only depend if someone is an obvious danger.
If cops can't make that determination after ID'ing someone then they should not be allowed to arrest or even ID someone against their will at all...
