At today's Senate Intel Committee hearing, Sen. Tom Cotton responded to protesters interrupting the proceedings.
“So that protester was a Code Pink lunatic saying the greatest threat to world peace is funding Israel,” Cotton stated. “I will observe for the benefit of the audience here and on TV that Code Pink is funded by Communist China as well, which simply illustrates, speak up now if you want to be removed as well, whoever’s saying that.”

Two Codepink activists were arrested on Tuesday, after speaking out against Israel and subsequently interrupting a senate hearing on global threats.
The activists made the statement during the hearing that Israel is the greatest threat to global security.
In reaction, Senator Tom Cotton accused Codepink of being “funded by the Communist Party of China.” The group has since filed an ethics complaint against the Senator, accusing him of “libel”.
