Remember the other day when I said I had developed a case of intermittent test?

Turns out, my code was outputting the same #PDF every time. The problem was in the test suite's use of #ImageMagick which for these PDF files, produces inconsistent results. YIKES!

Well at least it's not my fault. But it also might not be fixable by me.

Here's a first: Trying to select text in a #PDF containing untold columns and rows of numbers, but can't select anything because every single character in the document has been converted to a curve instead of text. Why would anyone do that? I think I'll file this under #terrorism.

Last month, the @PDFassociation released their second set of "Techniques for Accessible PDF". This set focuses on Headings. [1]

The Techniques series provides pass/fail conditions for various tagging structures demonstrated in pared down sample PDF files. The first set covered 5 Fundamentals. [2]
