I believe that's the Dock that was originally created by James Thomson <a href="https://twit.social/tags/Pcalc" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Pcalc</span></a> fame and that was rewritten. Even when 10.0 hit GM, it was a race to continually improve it, 10.0 had no DVD player or iTunes apps. In some ways, the complaints I read about in <a href="https://twit.social/tags/Tahoe" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Tahoe</span></a> today are first world <a href="https://twit.social/tags/macOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>macOS</span></a> problems.</p>

I tried to add three numbers and it’s always eaten at least one of the key presses. Eventually I gave up, put <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/PCalc" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PCalc</span></a> that I’ve bought a decade ago on my Home Screen and sent a tip to James.</p>
