We cannot sit silent while many needlessly suffer so the top 1 percent can continue to exploit the human need for shelter, as a means to enrich themselves. This is not an elite world. We are but tenants on this planets for a short time make yours matter.

If all our friends in the peace movement or of service communities of any kind do not love and help each other, whom can we love and help?
Regardless of how you define your community, you should know that you can play an active role in building it, healing it and helping it grow. One of the best things you can give your community is your time and with #OpSafewinter you don’t need an army you simply need the heart.
We are standing on the cusp of a new dawn of understanding, a new era of valuing one another, a new period of love and respect, let's help heal our communities and those around us by committing to something larger than ourselves -- by committing to give back in whatever way we can.
