Many of the #NintendoLeaks files for ‘Star Fox 2′ show this T-Rex fellow being originally a part of the title screen, but does not appear in the final game at all. Here are all the different sketches together in one GIF.

Within the #NintendoLeaks ‘Yoshi Island’ files are heads of Mario, Luigi and Yoshi. The first two are based on (but not exactly the same as) art from ‘Super Mario All-Stars’ Bonus Area sprites, while the Yoshi is completely new.
