Honest question: When are you officially allowed to call for the deaths of tyrants and their helpers?

When they hold you at gunpoint?
When they've slaughtered your family?
When they've taken your home from you?
When they've bombarded your city to rubble?
When they have erased your culture?

Or can we just say enough is enough prior to that point?

21 November 1973 | Hussam Idris Abu Safiya, a Palestinian man from Gaza, was born in Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza (his family was expelled from Hamama during the Nakba in 1948).

As doctor and director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, he was ordered to surrender by IDF soldiers (after they killied his son). Held without charge for 7 months, Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya has been beaten, starved, isolated, and cut off from his family. He may or may not survive.

Please read the resolution at the bottom of auschwitz.org/en/museum/auschw (you may want to reconsider boosting #Hasbara - unless you favour #NeverAgainJewsOnly and don't mind being complicit in genocide).

Whenever I see “emigrated” in the @auschwitzmuseum memorial post, I wonder why they don’t say “fled”. Because most Jewish #migrants were in effect #refugees. Often even without valid papers. On the run for the dangers in their countries of origin. Indeed, the people the US and many other countries demonize.

And by not saying it out loud, they are still not speaking out on the #fascist movements in our time… #NeverAgainIsNow #NeverAgainForAnyone
