I have been reading up on walking #pneumonia or atypical pneumonia, which I now know I have, and symptoms include things like #neuralgia, which explains the terrible #migraine with shooting pains in my scalp that sent me to the ER earlier this month. It seems like what I had was occipital neuralgia.
Neuralgia can be part of a migraine disorder too, but this was probably caused by the pneumonia.

Having one of those days where not only is my pain high but my frustration is nearly as high.
It's been 3 years since my #shingles outbreak that led to the #phn #neuralgia that has caused me pain 100% of the time since;
It's been 15 months since a pinched nerve led to diagnoses of #foraminal #stenosis #degenerativediskdisease & resulting peripheral #neuropathy.
It's a day where I need to shout into a void that I am fucking sick of this & am not coping well atm. Sorry to rant but I needed to.

Where I'm staying, my friend has a heated swimming pool. She dragged me to the shops to get a swimsuit. I wasn't keen, but it's been amazing.
December 2021, I fell down the stairs, seizing the muscles in my shoulder and neck, losing a lot of mobility. I've been at Physio for the past year. The breast stroke is similar to the physio I'm supposed to do. My shoulder muscles haven't felt this good in years. Dealing with #pinchednerve and a diagnosis of #foraminalstenosis while already suffering from #chronic #neuralgia and now being #renovicted is difficult and expensive on so many levels.
