• Like we had entire Music Videos on the spare space of a #NeoGeoCD which meant this needed to be streamed, and mind you this is redbook CD Audio, not fancy ATRAC3 or Opus...

Nowadays we have shitty #WebApps that eat up 100+MB just for a #WebView and which are instantly useless once they don't have a high-speed, low latency internet connection!

• People like #GraceHopper and #MargaretHamilton propably wouldn't even be mad, but just disappointed, knowing how a modern #IDE eats more computing power than the entire human race had at their career peaks...

Does anyone know why #NeoGeoCD emulation would behave differently in #Batocera (works great) than in #Daijisho (doesn't work at all)?

(And yes, I am desperately trying to escape this reality.)

I played #Lemmings on DOS so I never played consoles

I realized I have ROMs for over a dozen old #game consoles, so I started them all up and discovered that the #music varies a LOT

The #SNES version has typically good sound, and the #Genesis has awful sound

The #Sega #GameGear and #NES do what they can with the original music, but the #AtariLynx version is totally unique and pretty good!

Surprisingly the #NeoGeoCD had a port and it sounds great with CD quality music!

Installed the #neogeocd #sdloader. It’s loading from the #sd card but I’m only getting sound effects & no music. I know it’s a loose cable but I’m too tired & frustrated so I’ll fix it tomorrow. Never work on any project exhausted and annoyed.

Was testing some recent fixes to the Neo Geo CD driver in MAME and I accidentally ended up clearing Real Bout Special... and beating Nightmare Geese.

Keep in mind that MAME does not have save state support for this driver, so I got to him legitimately, without savescumming my way to him. It just happened.

I ordered this last month, and it’s only just shown up, but super happy!

The controller has MICROSWITCHES!

Cause in the first version SNK couldn’t actually get that one simple thing right!

This is amazing, the logos all over it are a both meh, but the controller itself is ruddy amazing, the noise from the switches is sublime!

Se qualcuno ha scoperto come aumentare la difficolta , me lo dica per favore . Non escludo di giocarlo con altri personaggi e poi provare lo scenario 2 .

I purchased this Neo Geo CD controller redo from 8Bitdo and it’s great but it only works with Steam forcing me to purchase the Samurai Shodown Collection on that platform.
