Non disclosure agreements (and I have signed one - although is was not contentious) have become a plague on the expression of free speech and the ability of injustices to come to light. It is little surprise that organisations of whom we might expect better, will use them - as advised by their lawyers.

A time to end this practice - for all should be nigh.

Just in case anyone thought it was 'just' those nasty commercial employers (well, some of them at least) exploiting zero hour contracts to screwq their staff.

Oxford has no shame - well it probably never has had any... Probably a scheme promoted by some PPE nobhead and will undoubtedley be supported by other PPE nobheads in government.

Grateful not to be in academia any more.
