This is what the vet found today. A extremely large ovoid “hole” for want of a better word (sorry I am a complete shambles right now).
Possibly explains why the vet bill started at $1100 and spiralled to over $3600 at present.

Ordered #MrKitty a box of specialty handmade eco woollen cat toys fur his 16th birthday Monday week.
He may be a senior but has the spirit of a kitten (moar or less).
So Mr Kitty found a bin liner, which he has managed to roll flat and spread out on tiled floor.
It is now the most comfortable place to nap, apparently.
