#MitchellAndWebb have a recent new show? And #OliviaColman co-stars? Yes, please!
I guess their humour is a bit particular? But still, some classics, too.

Reminds me of an old sketch about Nazi uniforms in WW2 ...

Comment on a clip of Numberwang from That Mitchell and Webb Look;
"This is like waking up to find the universe has shifted slightly and nothing makes sense any more. Everything looks the same but you can’t understand it and no one else seems to notice."

I know exactly what they mean ; )
Trump’s economic policy is NUMBERWANG! 5% tariffs, 10, 25, OFF, ON, OFF, ON again, double that - it‘s NUMBERWANG!!
So @cottonbureau informed me that my Old English / Numberwang shirt is on sale! Only a few people will even get the reference but if you're one of them you can have this shirt for 25% off!

For some reason, I can't think why, this just keeps coming to mind.
To kick off your Friday, one of my favorite Mitchell and Webb skits!
Watched a little That Mitchell and Webb Look (initially for "Cricket, here in Yorkshire?") then The Armstrong and Miller Show, as they're about the same age.
Weird how in hindsight Armstrong and Miller is much more consistently good, even though it's much less well remembered. Most sketches are bangers, but Mitchell and Webb is half and half classics and duffers (some poorly aged, some flat at the time).
Olivia Colman with #MitchellandWebb - Ha! You've Got to Do It Now! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4zPcunQSHs #uk #comedy
Er, is that #OliviaColeman, the excellent... er Oscar winning actress, I'm watching on a spoof game show called #Numberwang?
All the news coverage of food prices driving inflation, and in particular the suggestions that people should start choosing 'value' range products (as if most aren't already there), keeps reminding me of Mitchell and Webb's Didldidi spoof discount supermarket ads.
The "chicken-style roasting bird" was always my favourite.
I want this country to have an epiphany like in Mitchell and Webb: "Wait. Are we the baddies?"
I'm afraid it will be more like Father Ted: "So Father Ted, I hear you're a racist now. Should we all be racist then?"
*sighs*
