Sometimes when we visit Disneyland we spend almost as much time at the Disneyland Hotel & the Grand Californian. Often it’s just to have a nice quiet spot to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks, but I don’t have many photos of that. What I do have photos of is all the times we went to the hotels for character meals. We like to Disneybound as the characters when we go to a character meal, or at least dress to match the vibe. I love how they have been giving the characters different themed outfits for different seasons now. You could never get me to go to Goofy’s kitchen back in the day but put everyone in a cute spring outfit and I’m converted 😆

After 96 years of spreading joy, fun and friendship to people and rocking more than 200 different outfits, a mouse has earned some relaxing time in the bathtub, hasn't she?

This is a silly little commission done FOR me in my current Minnie Mouse fanboy-ing phase, and I'm certainly happy with the result.

I hope you enjoy it as well, I sure would love a big, foamy bath right now instead of having to work!

But at least this lovely face cheers me up!

And lastly, just arrived from the US, the visually most impressive and the heaviest one: "The Art of Minnie Mouse", as the name implies, an artbook about Minnie showing her design through the ages and many artworks by different studio artists.

I'd love to show you all pages, especially as you can't even find inside looks at Amazon, but well. Have at least a few ones.

While many of the artworks are not my cup of tea, style-wise, it's a great piece for a lovely character. ♥️

Seconds one, German version, thus the German version of her last name.

A little hardcover, "Minnie Minerva Maus" about Minnie along with other younger-than-usual characters having school adventures.

It seems she still lives with her cat Figaro, so, damn, that cat must be old and living some healthy nine lives. 😁

Anyway, I like the school theme idea, we shall see!

Okay, today is Minnie Mouse day at my house!

Ya know why? Because, in addition to the posters yesterday, I got things!
I'll split it up, so:

I am basically out of the Marvel Cinematic Universe after Endgame.
All the series to watch with many characters I just don't care about was just too much.
But THIS is an exception I needed to make because I really love this crazy mix.
I read there's also Donald as Thor and several as Fantastic 4 soon.

But yeah, Minnie!

Really looking forward to the #LunarNewYear festival at #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure , which runs from January 17 to February 16. I feel like there are more good things to try than there were for #FestivalOfHolidays .

I love that there's going to be a choice of three designs for the #SipAndSavor pass. I definitely want the #MickeyMouse and #MinnieMouse one just because I love the Korean outfits. Oh, if they have them as plush, I might need to buy them. 1/2
