If they don't work for you, don't. Each of us has different things that work for us to allow us to make changes to our lives. What makes it worse is that everyone seems so "friendly," and they ghost their comment section. I hate this. That and wishing people "Happy Birthday." I remember yours, but when it's mine. Y'all seem to forget. So, no more wishing birthdays. I'll celebrate mine by myself.
