Well, the issue was that I had a bad disk partitioning. I deleted all the partitions with and it was smooth sailing. I decided not to use LVM because the SSD is relatively small (240GB) and I don't plan to move or resize partitions, but maybe I should reconsider because of snapshots.

Anyway, I'll be checking how it works and will post if I decide to reinstall again 😅.
