Sat down yesterday afternoon to read volume 1 of Please Go Home, Miss Akutsu #manga. It feels like it's trying to capture some of #Nagatoro's appeal but misses the mark a little. The protagonist is even more bland & boring while they ratchet up the #ecchi factor with the TITular character. It has potential, so I'm not dropping it like a hot rock, but it still feels like a #knockoff at this stage. It needs to distinguish itself and be different from #Nagatoro. If Aktusu has like a really 💩 home life that's chaotic or abusive and really does need his help I might feel #sympathy for her as a character.
