Kat
Here's another little creation I came up with yesterday. It was so yummy. I mean I'm sure other people have eaten this before but it popped in my head, I ate it & I liked it 🤭🤤

#KatsVeganGrub #KatsOriginalRecipe
🍅🥕🫒
It's chopped stuffed green olives, black olives, grape tomatoes, celery, carrot, hemp seeds, white sesame seeds with a tiny bit of vegan mayo & Himalayan salt.

I've posted about this before but I thought I'd just share a pic of a recent duplicate meal 🤭

"Homemade Vegetable Tofu Rice" just in case you missed the other posts, all you have to do is cook your rice, when it's finished throw in your frozen corn & peas, close it back up while you cook your tofu & fresh veggies, then mix it all together & enjoy 🤤😋🙌

Here's a little creation I came up with & it was very tasty 🙌😻🤤

Just mash up an avocado, add chopped tomatoes, black sesame seeds, hemp seeds & Himalayan salt, slap it on some bread with lettuce & vegan mayo & you got a tasty sandwich.

Just a simple but today 🤤😋

Airfried taters and carrots 🥕🥔 seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, Rosemary and Himalayan truffle salt (with just a teeny bit of avocado oil). When I ate it I also sprinkled some hulled hemp seed for protein

It's time! If you're like me, this is worth a try (if you don't mind it being a goopy mess). It tastes good but they don't hold their shape. I was PLEASANTLY surprised the sausage wasn't . It's always a hit or miss for me because most companies don't keep us in mind. "You can always add spice, you can never remove it" I always say.
