What the ACLU & Supreme Court got wrong is the deliberate #stochasticTerror attempt by #KKK in Ohio v Brandenburg & related cases: There's a line, that when there's a measurable link of violence against a group of people, whether it's PoCs or election workers in 2020 & the rhetoric of agitators, the buck stops.
