Ugh! What a Day!Follow up to this in case it's useful to anyone (it was a month ago already?!), I went ahead and just bought Just Cause 2 from GOG as it was a couple of quid in a sale.Used Wine Tricks to install and a tip from the database on Wine HQ suggested also installing the file d3dcompiler_47. Now runs fairly okay. What a Day!Had a go at getting the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Steam" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Steam</a> version of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/JustCause2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#JustCause2</a> working on <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/linuxmint" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#linuxmint</a> last night. No joy and nothing to do with Linux - the exe is currently broken on Steam?!The solution is to apparently use the .exe from GOG! Ha!

Jutro (07.07) o 17:30 w ramach uczczenia tejże rocznicy przystąpię do ukończenia Just Cause 2 w 100%, tym razem zaczynając na świeżo, od nowego zapisu. Ci, którzy znają grę najprawdopodobniej wiedzą, jak tytanicznie długie jest to zadanie, więc oczywistym będzie, iż na jednym streamie się nie skończy 😅Zapraszam serdecznie zarówno do oglądania, jak i wspólnej pogawędki w ramach czatu.
