Ugh! What a Day!<p>Follow up to this in case it's useful to anyone (it was a month ago already?!), I went ahead and just bought Just Cause 2 from GOG as it was a couple of quid in a sale.</p><p>Used Wine Tricks to install and a tip from the database on Wine HQ suggested also installing the file d3dcompiler_47. Now runs fairly okay.
