Here we go again - do I continue writing my journal in Obsidian, my favourite tool for just about everything, or do I buy that lovely Leuchtturm1917 notebook, which is beckoning to me, and which I will fill a quarter of, with my fountain pen, before I go through this cycle again? Argh! #journaling

Finished my Notebook Therapy journal! I tested this one to its limits, and the spine holds up well. I enjoy using washi tape and stickers so much... but I'll go easy on my next notebook.

My previous NT lasted less than 3 months, this one took me 9 to fill in!

I’ve seen a lot of things popping up lately regarding #journaling applications systems, especially those who come up with their own systems, and thought I’d try my hand making something along those lines in #rust this weekend.

It’s not really that advanced, compared to what other people have out there, and is more so a tool of convenience, but this is if you guys wanted to check it out, here it is. Installers exist for #mac (arm+amd64) and #Linux and #windows

I take notes while reading books and long-form articles, usually storing bullet-point takeaways in Notion under the book’s title. But I have to be intentional to revisit them. I’m looking for an app where I can drop all these takeaways, and it randomly shows 5–10 whenever I open it, like an RSS feed, but with random throwbacks to my past learnings.

Any suggestions?
