Oder das war gar nicht sein Ansinnen, denn es fühlt sich schon so an, als ob sich der Film sehr bewusst über die Vorlagen lustig macht – und das steht ihm nicht sonderlich gut zu Gesicht. Denn bereits nach sehr kurzer Zeit gehen dem Drehbuch alle halbwegs erträglichen Sprüche im Zusammenhang mit Kälte und Eis aus, alle Figuren reden nur noch in Floskeln miteinander. Was ich mochte, ist die Betrachtung der Gesellschaft von Gotham, mit ihrem absoluten Überfluss, dem moralisch verkommenem Baden im Luxus,

Avendo pescato questa canzone 🔝 , vado al contrario ora e pesco l'originale, che fu usato per uno dei #Batman più osceni (#BatmanForever) mai fatti, e di osceni ne hanno fatti tanti, del #1995 con #NicoleKidman ed un improbabile #ValKilmer nei panni del cavaliere oscuro oltre ad uno scialbissimo #JimCarrey. Il brano è stato la colonna sonora promozionale, qui con un videomontaggio di pezzi principali del film.

#Iwatched #FallingDown (1993) over the weekend. #MichaelDouglas plays an #obsessiveCompulsive character who cracks after a divorce and losing his job. He runs amok eventually leading to his death. Meanwhile the cop and living doormat chasing him (#RobertDuvall), liberates himself through violence towards his wife, colleagues and MD's character. Whatever #JoelSchumacher was trying to say is muddled by the sensational presentation and was better told in #Cronenberg's #AHistoryOfViolence (2005).
