jimjollings<p>Finished reading Evershore, by Brandon Sanderson &amp; Janci Patterson the other night. Took a little while to get into it, but then raced through the ending. The mini-trilogy of novellas in this series really help with the worldbuilding and I imagine set up a bunch for the finale to come.</p><p><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/AmReading" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>AmReading</span></a><br /><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/BrandonSanderson" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>BrandonSanderson</span></a><br /><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/JanciPatterson" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>JanciPatterson</span></a><br /><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Evershore" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Evershore</span></a><br /><a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Cytoverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Cytoverse</span></a></p>
emmen<p>So far this year I have read Cytonic, third book in the Skyward series by <a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/BrandonSanderson" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BrandonSanderson</span></a> and Skyward Flight by Brandon Sanderson and <a href="https://mastodon.au/tags/JanciPatterson" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>JanciPatterson</span></a> which is a collection of novellas from the same series.</p><p>I've avoided science fiction most of my life but this series has made me regret doing that. I am having so much fun! There are space pirates! And talking space ships! I can't wait for the final book! And reading other science fiction books too</p>
