@thejapantimes Here is a highly worthwhile recent interview of Joe Klein and Chris Matthews about the 2024 Iowa Caucuses;

and in it, Klein talks about how the attitude of caucus goers has changed. He said he had not previously seen such anger. This is a standard part of the Trump MO, in which he does all he can to stir up anger and then he harps on how there is a lot of anger out there.

@GottaLaff yes, it is actually a positive. 15% of Iowa's GOP voted in yesterdays Iowa Caucus 2024, 42% less than in 2016, no GOP caucus 2020. Only half (51%) of this very small hardcore GOP want him to be their candidate. Remember the tail ends of the political party are both batshit crazy. My rational test is after Obama's 8 yrs in office, a third of voters still thought he was born outside the USA- just saying. #trump, #iowacaucus, #obama
